"I have been a certified lactation counselor since 2022, with a strong focus on meeting each mother where she is and creating personalized, non-judgmental plans tailored to the unique needs of her family. As a teenage mother who had the desire to breastfeed but lacked the resources to fully achieve my goals, I understand the challenges many parents face. In my mid-30s, armed with more determination and access to valuable information, I successfully reached my breastfeeding goals and made a vow to support as many families as I could in their own journeys. In addition to my professional role, I am a proud mother, wife, eldest daughter, and sister, and I draw on these experiences to bring empathy and understanding to every family I work with."
