" I began my lactation career as a Certified Lactation Counselor in 2022 and later became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. My approach centers on meeting each mother where she is and creating personalized, non-judgmental plans that are tailored to the unique needs of her family.
As a teenage mother, I had a strong desire to breastfeed but lacked the resources and support needed to fully achieve my goals. This experience allows me to deeply understand the challenges many parents face. In my mid-30s, equipped with greater determination and access to reliable information, I successfully reached my breastfeeding goals and made a commitment to support as many families as possible on their own journeys.
Beyond my professional role, I am a proud mother, wife, eldest daughter, and sister. I draw on these lived experiences to bring empathy, compassion, and understanding to every family I have the privilege of working with."
